The current work draws inspiration from folklore, myth, and the uncharted realms of the psyche, weaving narratives that transcend the confines of what is known and seen and has become a place for explorative reasoning and a way to honor the beautiful failures in the creative process.

The depiction of enigmatic figures engaged in a subjective experience call back to what we all have left when we began as a curious creative person – as a child. Painting is where rearranging the history of one’s life can mirror the lives of others, making sense of the mesmerizing dance we all have in light and shadow.
